1/2 full vodka pumpkin pie spice
1/2 oregon chai tea

Repeat
Ingredients:
Mix all ingredients together and put in a large enough container. Let it sit a week and then filter it. Keep the sticks in the pie.
Ingredients:
One fifth grain alcohol- get the cheapest- there is no flavor difference
Two* 12 ounce Cans frozen apple juice or cider
Two cups sugar or less - sugar hides the alcohol flavor
Four* 12 ounce cans of water
2 cups freeze dried strawberries
Directions:
Mix 2 cans of water(24oz) with the two frozen cans of apple juice/cider.
Add the spices.
Bring to a boil As soon as it boils re move it from the heat and add the rest of the water.
If you use powdered cinnamon you must filter it out after the mix cools down. A simple clean wash cloth is good enough—cinnamon has a blood thinner in it that is released by alcohol from the powder but not from cinnamon sticks.
When the mix has cooled down to under 80F and any powered cinnamon is removed, add the grain alcohol and mix.
Add the two cups of dried strawberries
Let it sit covered or sealed in a large jar three days. Stir or shake a couple of times a day. Remove the strawberries. They will be white now. Save them for over ice cream.
Taste
If you think the alcohol taste is strong add a little more sugar.
Bottle it.
This is about 50 proof.
*about proofs* with a fifth of grain alcohol
One can juice +1 cans of water is approximately 100 proof
One can juice +2 cans of water is approximately 80 proof
Two cans juice +2 cans of water is approximately 70 proof
Two cans juice +3 cans of water is approximately 60 proof
Two cans juice +4 cans of water is approximately 50 proof
Two cans juice +5 cans of water is approximately 45 proof
Two cans juice +6 cans of water is approximately 40 proof – This is how the juice manufacturers want you to dilute the frozen concentrate.
One gallon of cider/juice and one fifth of grain alcohol is about 33 proof
Ingredients:
One Gallon Apple cider
One fifth grain alcohol
Two heaping cups of freeze dried strawberries
Directions:
Mix the liquids and put an equal amount into two jars large enough to hold it.
Add 1/2 of the strawberries to each jar.
Stir it up.
Put it all in the refrigerator and let it set three days. Shake or stir them a few times each day.
The alcohol will bleach out the strawberries and turn them white.
After three or four days filter out the strawberries and put the mix into whatever storage jars/bottles you have
Let these jars/bottles age as long as you can.
The filtered out strawberries are great on ice cream. Funny looking yes.
This mix is about 33 proof.
Note: I get freeze dried strawberries in number 10 cans from Provident Pantry online.

Ingredients:
50 ounces Coconut rum
50 ounces Orange juice (pulp free)
One fifth Pucker Watermelon
four quarts French Vanilla coffee creamer
Addition rum to make two gallons
Mix it all together - Drink it.
Refrigerate what you can't drink or get help drinking it.
Mix the spices into the cider and put it in the frig for a week.
Filter out the residue using some cloth.
Add the fifth of alcohol and put it all back in the frig to age for as long as possible.
Filter again before using.
Note: If you use powdered cinnamon you must filter it out before adding alcohol. A simple clean wash cloth is good enough—cinnamon has a blood thinner in it that is released by alcohol from the powder but not from cinnamon sticks.
Ingredients:
Mix all ingredients together in a sealed container and refrigerate for 3 or four days- shaking it up a few times a day. The alcohol will leach out a lot of the coloring from the fruit.
Filter out the fruit. Save it for over ice cream.
Put the filtered mix back into the refrigerator and keep for two or more weeks.
Filter again before using. There should be very little residue
Note:I get freeze dried peach/blueberry mix from: http://beprepared.com/
They don't always carry this mix.
Ingredients:
****In large pot, bring apple cider and cinnamon sticks to a boil. In second pot, bring apple juice and sugar to a boil. Simmer both until the cinnamon sticks lose their taste.(about 10 minutes) then combine the cider and juice in the largest pot and simmer for another 10 minutes. Let cool to room temperature and then remove your cinnamon sticks add the clear springs. Stir all together, and keep stirring while bottling them up. Let stand for at least 1-1 ½ weeks before you drink. Either serve on ice or at room temperature.
~~~~Optional booze to add to make stronger and change flavor:
****1/5 Burnett’s Sour Apple Flavored Vodka (makes it taste like Jolly Rancher)
OR
****1/5 Bacardi Big Apple Rum
****As another different flavor change let the apple juice/cider cool with cinnamon sticks over night. ****Gave it a more cinnamon flavor in the good way. Then remove the cinnamon sticks and add booze.
